Features 4 heavy-duty pneumatic clamping cylinders on a rolling transfer arm. 4' x 8' work surface handles most projects and squaring fence easily slides out of the way for larger frames. This framing table has significantly simplified the process of making face frames, yet given us good, dependable results. We were able to teach someone totally untrained in this business how to make nearly perfect face frames in less than 1/2 hour! Should be nearly intuitive for someone acquainted with the process.
You'll need a forklift or a shipping dock to receive this item (or arrange with your shipping agent for other possibilities)
Setup was fairly simple, but you'll need 2 able-bodied people for some of it.
You'll need a large open area to do the assembly, and a space about 9'x5' (MINIMUM!) to put this in when it's ready. BTW, you'll be needing a hookup to a compressor, also.
Overall, if you build a lot of face frames, this is a wonderful tool that will increase your productivity and give you dependably high quality joints, which not only look better, but require less sanding and filling.
